RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Orders placed on Maisonfifi.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.
• While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible  for return for online store credit or exchange. We cannot guarantee the style, color or size you'd like to exchange at the time of your return, but if you email us prior to returning your item, we'd be happy to check inventory for you and put it aside if availability permits.
• Please fill out the Returns Form on the back of your receipt and mail back your order in a trackable shipping service (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages).

RETURN POLICY

• Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Any items that have been washed- even if following washing instructions- are not eligible for return. We are not responsible for washed items. But you can contact us if you have an issue and we would be happy to help.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). If customer has returned merchandise more than 10 times in total, we can deny a return based on the circumstances of the return and exchange.

We have a Final Sale Policy on the following items for sanitary reasons:

1 Bodysuits

2 Intimates/Bralettes or Underwear

3 Swimwear

4 All Jewelry

*** All sale items are final sale: Orders placed with any discount code, anything in the sales section, items reduced in price or clearance*** These items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange*.

• We have an Exchange Only Policy for swimsuits that have the original sanitary stickers in place and original hang tags attached. Swimwear is not accepted for store credit, size exchange only.
• Please make sure to email lamaisondefifi@gmail.com to pre-approve the return- we will gladly send your return instructions.You can only exchange for a different size in the swimsuit that was originally ordered (while quantities last, we cannot guarantee size desired is available). You have 14 days from the date it was received ( as per tracking info) to be eligible for exchange. No refunds available.

EXCHANGES

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your online store credit within 2-3 business days. Once you receive the credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchases at Maisonfifi.com.

Final sale items- items purchased on sale, clearance or with a discount code, as well as swimsuits, jewelry and barrettes for sanitary reasons.

BIKINIS

We have an Exchange Only Policy for swimsuits that have the original sanitary stickers in place and original hang tags attached for a size exchange only. While quantities last. Swimwear is not accepted for store credit, size exchange only.
